10. About Tour Drivers and Guides

In the case of a through guide, one English-speaking guide will accompany from the first day of arrival in Tashkent to the final day at Tashkent Airport. However, in high seasons where it is challenging to secure a guide, different guides may accompany in each city, and we cannot guarantee the same guide and driver from the first to the last day.
Guides may also act as both guide and driver.
The vehicles used will be sedans, minivans, etc., depending on the number of participants, and they will be vehicles permitted for use in travel business according to the law, and approved by the country for travel business purposes.

11. About Tours

Unless otherwise specified, we accept participation from other travelers, except for charter tours. Please note that on some occasions, there may be mixed groups with customers from other countries.

In cases of mixed groups, there may be advantages such as reduced costs when the number of participants exceeds ten. However, please be aware that similar to regular group tours, adjustments to the tour schedule may occur due to circumstances like flight delays, lost luggage, or health issues among fellow travelers. Your understanding is appreciated in advance.
Furthermore, even if you have applied for mixed-group participation, we reserve the right to cancel the mixed-group arrangement if there is a possibility of causing inconvenience to other customers. In such cases, charter arrangements can be made, subject to special arrangement fees.

Monetary compensation for damages arising during your trip will be governed by Uzbekistan’s domestic travel laws. Given the difference in prices between Uzbekistan and other countries, compensation under Uzbekistan’s regulations may not cover all potential losses. We strongly recommend that you obtain optional travel insurance in your country of residence to mitigate such risks.

If you become aware that you cannot join the tour after booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Details regarding cancellation fees will be provided individually.

Please rest assured that any personal information provided by you will be used solely for the purpose of arranging your tour and will not be used for any other purposes without your explicit consent.

12. Approach to Safety

We manage our vehicles based on the following criteria:

  • Management of tour-specific vehicles by “SHAHEREZADA SAM STAR TOUR”
  • Regular vehicle maintenance
  • Management of driver’s working hours (including breaks, aiming for a maximum of 10 hours per day)
  • Management of driver’s driving distance (no scheduling of more than 500km of driving for two consecutive days)
  • Management of driver’s sleep time (long-duration driving between 22:00 and 6:00 is prohibited)

While we strive to ensure the best for our vehicles and drivers, in the event of accidents during your trip, criminal and civil liabilities will be governed by the laws of Uzbekistan.
Uzbekistan is in a developing stage, and adequate measures for accident compensation have not been fully established. Additionally, traffic manners are not particularly good. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance for your own protection.
